I’ve just transferred to Vodafone and I can’t receive txt or phone calls.
I can send txt and make phone calls just not receive. I can’t log into account as I can’t pass security check for receiving a txt

I am sure your problem will be due to the port not completing before the end of the working day today, porting completes in stages and you will receive a text notification when completed. There is additional information here: What happens on the day my number moves to Vodafone?
Numbers don't port over a weekend on any network. If there are still problems Monday afternoon send the Social Team a message they will have the necessary account access and will be able to get this raised on your behalf. Thanks for reply and can understand what you say with regards to porting over the weekend. My number was meant to port over end of play Tuesday. Is it normal to take so long ?

If you use social media @Davuck Drop the Social Team here on the forum a message. They will be able to get this escalated with the Porting Teams and raise a split port request to get this solved.
Customer Services and live chat are also there to help and will be able to get this raised.

Thanks once again and yes I managed to get live chat and they can see my porting has “stuck” they have informed me that the technical team are on this and hope they can complete in the next 48hrs. Thanks for your replies
