I want to cancel by Discovery Plus subscription. The Vodafone Entrainment portal is not available `(displays error after loggin-on), and after waiting for about an hour in chat cue, the chat was cancelled.
Any advise?

Edit I have just tried the link from @TJ and there is an error on the page. My offers are available through your online account and application, you can cancel from there.

Thanks. I have the link you suggested - after my successful PIN verification I get the 'Ooops, Something went wrong" Please try again.
Are there any other ways of contacting Vodafone? The Chat bot doen't work.

Hey @rdebresser, Our entertainment portal is back up and running again and you should be able to cancel your Discovery+ subscription there. If you're still struggling to do this, pop us a private message via Facebook at Vodafone UK, or on Twitter using the handle @VodafoneUK. When our digital assistant reaches out to you select 'Get started' followed by 'asked to DM' and one of our team will be happy to look into cancelling this for you.
