My contract is due to expire on 25.4.2023, I want to change it to Sim only as it is alot cheaper than what I am currently paying. My next bill is due on 28th April, so as far as I am aware I have paid the higher amount up until this date. I have been told I can not amend to Sim Only until 22nd? otherwise I will still be liable for the contract price, yet I have paid up until 28th and the new Sim only deal is less to pay. Can I call now and get it changed does anyone know.
