Hi,
I have ordered a new phone online but haven’t received any emails at all regarding confirmation, only emails about setting up my online account. I have had the upfront cost has been held by my bank and on my Vida phone account it says we are getting things set up for you.
does this mean I haven’t been successful since I’ve had no form of confirmation?

It maybe the Credit Check being conducted @Scottb92
If you applied recently then you should find out more on Monday due to the weekend.
Also check any spam type email folders.

If you have ordered a phone @Scottb92 , there is the credit check to clear and this should be completed the following working day. As far as email confirmation is concerned, Vodafone will keep you updated throughout the order process, check your spam file just in case it ends up there.
There is further information here: Orders and Delivery If you have an order number, from the order tracker you should still be able to see the pending order but won't be able to track delivery until the dispatched email is received.
