Click and collect

Is click and collect still an option when purchasing an upgrade? I cannot find it when at checkout but on the website and on live chat they have said this is a possibility. I have also tried with various phones and the option is still not available.

Looking at When-and-how-do-I-collect-my-order-from-a-store it says " To collect your order from a Vodafone store, in the Delivery section of the checkout, choose Click and collect. Then choose which store you would like to get it from. " 

However this maybe a Highstreet Store location dependant option and not available at all Vodafone Stores.

Maybe ask customer services to raise the upgrade for you and choose the Click and Collect option on your behalf.
