Hi,
when I call the number (either the 08080 one or 191 from my mobile) I just sit on hold for ages and no one ever answers.. The recoded message states were really busy (all the time??) and I should go to live chat as there are 100's of agents online.. when I go to live chat and spend 10 mintutes telling the bot what I want it eventually says its trasferring me to a person.. only to say there are no live chat agents available at this time and to call the fone number to talk to someone....
Come on Voda all I want to do is talk to a person about upgrading (And recontracting) one of my fones.. you making me want to leave..

Also, sending me several text messages everytime I call the number is incredibly annoying.. I have called twice today and got 6 text messages.. you have to stop.. surely your system knows its already sent me the message 5 times already.. plus most of them say start a live chat..

Hey @James_bowdidge 👋 thanks for letting us know what's been happening - I can understand your frustration, upgrading should be a simple thing to do.
You can also check out your upgrade options on your My Vodafone app or by logging into your My Vodafone account online.

the deals do not make sense on the website.. the upgrade options for me (customer for YEARS with 3 pay monthly fones on contract) cost more than the options for a new customer..
cant get through to live chat nor anyone on the fone to talk about it..
if I dont get somewhere soon Im just gonna leave and take my business elesewhere as vodafone clearly dont care either way...

If you request a PAC via text, Vodafone will call you within a couple of hours and beg you to stay!

It's abysmal - that's the only way to describe it. Every time I ring, I get a text telling me to get help online and a flat refusal to connect me to a person. Chat is not working so I've wasted 2-3 hours this afternoon trying to get a simple answer from Vodafone.
