Hey All,

 

Apologies but i've got a slight confusing issue that I need advice with.

 

I've only recently started looking into my credit score and noticed i've been in default with Vodafone since 2017.

 

I looked into it and found it came from a cancellation payment of £15.44 as I moved to a new provider.

 

I recall settling this debt and the phone call confirming everything was okay, I also have the online bank statement to show it was paid.

 

I've tried to raise a complaint but i'm unable to do so as I no longer have a Vodafone account/phone number.

 

Any advice on this issue would be greatly appreciated !

Can you recall receiving a sorry your leaving letter and £0 bill which confirmed all.was settled @Luke1337

The Vodafone Social Media Team's have a dedicated Credit File Specialist Team who can investigate to see if the default is warranted or not.
