Hello,
I am having a night mare with Vodafone!
Please can can you give me an email address and a telephone number for the credit file support team, and again for collections.
i was PROMiSED that a default due to be removed in August would be removed immediately should I make full payment which I did !
treating me like a fool don’t get a Vodafone contract ever!

Hi there
I also need to contact the credit support team. There’s been a default on my credit file from an account which dates back to 2012. When I call, no one can even find me on your system. It’s totally ruining my credit.

The social media team sorted out my issue with my credit report within a day, despite the call centre and everyone else I talked to not having a clue what to do.
As much as I do think Vodafones customer support deserves the derision it gets, the social media team have resolved issues fairly quickly. and seem to be the only competent team you can actually talk to.

I too need the details for the Credit File Support Team.
My fiancé and I fell in live with a house and appiled for a mortgage. We were refused because of a Default by Vodafone even though i paid all my bills in full befre sqitching provider.
This cost us our dream house and any chance of us ever getting a mortgage until this is rectified. We have called Experian and they can't do anything.
It has caused alot of stress amd mental health issues and our engagement may even be called off as it has caused many arguments, all thanks to Vodafone.
Help is DESPERATELY needed.

As the Credit File Specialist Teams are not customer facing you will need to go through the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries as.they have a dedicated Credit File Specialist Team.
Or speak with Customer services.
Unfortunately there is no account access assistance via this forum anymore.
