I switched to a consumer from a business a/c about 2y ago and my credit report shows my Vodafone account is closed. However it is still very much open and up to date. How can I get this amended on my credit report? Experian advise me to talk to Vodafone and Vodafone advise me to contact Experian!

When are closed Accounts Deleted? 

As you can see closed accounts will continue to show in your credit history although this will reflect a 0.00 balance.

Thanks for the response Anns. My real point however is that I want my continuing account also to be noted in my report. How do I do this?

Have a word with the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries as they have a Credit File Specialist Team to help.
