Now I know there is threads on this but that doesn't help me. I finished my contract 2018 sometime and switched to EE. This month I check my credit file to see a default from Vodafone dating back to 2018. I paid my last bill and switched and this be known to me has been affecting my credit for over 2 years. No letters nothing to say anything about this. I have called endless times just to be transferred about to every department. They say they can't find my details which is a lie. I really need this sorted ASAP. No one I call seems to do anything

Unfortunately Vodafone do not have to let a person know they are adding a default @jgriff1032

I think they should but that's my personal opinion.

As there is no account access via this forum and the Credit File Specialist Team are not customer facing I'd suggest to contact the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries and they'll collate the info and engage Keith the Credit File Team.

I appreciate you may have read similar replies but this is the best avenue.

Link back to your thread here including your forum username so your not having to repeat yourself.

I wish you all the best with this.
