So the story is....
I ordered and iPhone 11pro max, changed my tariff with it too!
Decided It wasn’t for me so I spork ( via chat ) and asked to return it within the 14 days cooling off period.
Sent it back etc.
now I have checked my bill and it’s £151..my next bill is -£14
I spoke to somebody on the phone and they said I have to pay it..-and next month it will reflect my older £20 sim only tariff!
is this correct..?
i cancelled my Apple Watch as the 2 years are up but the guy said there is a ONE number on my account!!
Also a handset charge of £29
surely this can’t be right, am I thick and missing something?
is there anybody who can help please?
sorry for the long message.
thanks in advance.

You may have passed a cut off point for billing and for your account to revert so it should balance out and change.
One Number is an extra monthly service in order to use a watch separately connected to your account which can also be canceled.
More info is within the Vodafone Support Pages and via using the Tobi Ai system.
As this is Account Based and we are fellow customers I'd suggest to speak with customer service on 191 or the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries as they have account access to officially clarify @Djmacca

Hi @Djmacca
You shouldnt have anything to be concerned about here, Vodafone have cancelled the upgrade.
Although the bill for the upgrade has been generated, Vodafone will only take by direct debit your usual pre upgrade charges and this will be reflected in the following months bill and you will receive a text message notification from Vodafone to let you know how much will be taken by direct debit.
When you receive the bill, any questions live chat will be able to clarify.

Hi folks many thanks for the replys on this one.
so the bill in question which is £151 has to be paid in full as I don’t use direct debit I just pay on the day.
even on my bill pdf it’s showing the £29.99 and the tariff per upgrade.
my plan shows my original sim only so that’s done and it says
Total charges are currently
£-50.02
Also
TOtal additional charges -£70
does it look like I still need to pay the £151 and get it credited to my account?

Hi @Djmacca
Your total charges are minus £50.02 and £70..00 that means your account is in credit,
We can't see your bill here but live chat will be able to provide account access go though the details and give full clarification.

It looks like @AnnS is right @Djmacca and you're currently £50 in credit and you have another £70 credit to be added to your next bill. So we can take a closer look and clarify everything for you, pop us a private message through one of our social channels with your name, mobile number, a link to this thread and you community ID.

Hi @Djmacca
From your last reply it looks like you are looking at your online account or phone application. At the moment the charges will be unbilled and Vodafone are going to ask you to wait until you have received the bill, this is going to give you the billing dates and something to go on when speaking to Customer Service and the Social Team.
When any charges have been billed the credits for the returned upgrade, will be completed and it will make a lot more sense. Just check the billing dates but there won't be any problems.

So my new bill has come in and it’s £101 I’m simply don’t understand why!
it’s stil saying I’m on the 80gb plan but when I click plan it says 20gb.
