So yesterday I contacted Vodafone to discuss a new pay monthly contract and I’m well due an upgrade and my current phone is on the way out. Had a good deal on the iPhone 15 and was all set except that then I was told my credit check failed!! I don’t understand as I have never ever failed a payment and it’s extremely frustrating given I have been a customer for over 15 years! I mean what is going on as I have seen plenty other posts on this forum of people failing credit checks for no apparent reason. I did try and get a new contract last year but it failed however at that point I was going off travelling and not working for several months but I have a full time job now so I don’t understand. Any advice or insight into this would be much appreciated! I have done the appeals form but I’m not so optimistic of the result!
