Anyone having issues with data usage not being available on the web site and the app ?

Hey @alan_honeyman I hope you're well 😊 We aren't aware of any issues with the My Vodafone services. Are you getting any error messages at all?
Have you tried using a different browser and device?

I have tried with Chrome and Firefox for Android, and also the Windows versions.

Do you mean viewing how much mobile data you've used from your monthly allowance ?
Your phone may have a data counter / monitor in it that can show how much has been used in the interim.
I assume you can access mobile data i.e surf the Internet ?

It may settle down by itself. I'd suggest giving it 24 hours and, if you still can't view the information, drop the Social Media team a note on Facebook or Twitter and they'll be able to investgate for you.
I assume you've aldo tried the My Vodafone app, though that's likely to produce the same result.

Same result from the app, it's been like this for a couple of weeks now, at least. I upgraded my plan in mid June and assumed it would sort itself out with the first billing cycle. Wrong 😃

It sounds like you are on an unlimited minutes, texts and data plan?
If this is correct your usage won't be displayed on the online account or Application, in effect you have unlimited data usage and are free to use as much data as you want, including using your phone as a mobile hotspot. If you have unlimited calls and texts messages this would also be the same.
This is the same for everyone on an unlimited access account.
I would direct you to this link but with your unlimited plan you don't need to be concerned with data usage: Managing and Controlling your Data Usage one good thing about Vodafone when you are not on an unlimited tariff, is with data usage automatically being capped and it will be impossible to go over a limited allowance without purchasing extra data.

Not unlimited data, however it's 120gb so I doubt I will ever run out. Just a bit of an annoyance.

Although 120GB is a lot of data to use on a monthly basis and it's unlikely you will run out @alan_honeyman , you should still be able to see the remaining allowance.
I would query this with Customer Services, if it's been this long it's not going to be something that would sort itself out.
