Hi,
Like many others Vodafone put a default on my account in 2014. I have not been informed of this default and only found out about it when we got rejected for a mortgage. I've been a customer for the past 4 and they have made no attempt to tell me about this default - it is only £20.
I have contacted Vodafone many times about this and everytime Vodafone are unable to locate this account so I can't understand how it is there!
I have disputed it through Transunion and they have attempted to contact Vodafone about this, Vodafone did not respond and so this default remains on my account. We've already missed out on buying one house due to this and I can't believe Vodafones inability to sort this out.
I don't know what else to do, if this account doesnt exist why are they not removing it?
Can someone please give me some advice on this?? I can't believe Vodafone have been so incompetent in delaing with this and its causing me alot of problems.
Thanks

Hey @Jrbull123, one of the Credit File Specialists in our team will be happy to track down this account and take a look into this default for you.
Please contact us via Facebook at Vodafone UK, or get in touch on Twitter using the handle @VodafoneUK. Make sure to pop your username and link to this thread in your message too, this will save you having to explain again and we can help you quicker.

Hi,
I've tried using Facebook but I haven't had a response since I passed on my username and link to this page. Is there another way to contact them?
