Hello,
Good afternoon. I hope this message finds you well. I am currently facing an issue regarding a default on my credit file registered by Vodafone. I have attempted to contact the Vodafone Credit file department using the numbers provided by the chat advisor, but unfortunately, they do not seem to be working.
In light of this, I am reaching out to inquire if anyone here has alternative contact information, such as an email address or telephone number, for the relevant department that handles credit file concerns at Vodafone. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The answer to this question is to drop the Social Team here on the Community a message through Social Channels by following this information Speak to the Social Team they will be able to take your information and put you in contact with the Credit File Support Team.
The problem now is going to be Christmas and two bank holidays, it's going to be unlikely you will receive a reply until the New Year.
