Hi,
Vodafone previously sent a debt collection agency to ask for money I did not owe (basically Vodafone messed up the closure of an old account in my name when my daughter got a new phone and a new account in her name). After a lot of stress this was resolved and Vodafone apologised and compensated me.
However I have recently discovered my old account is in default when checking my credit score. This is ridiculous that Vodafone have already caused me so much stress over a mistake of theirs and are now causing more from their historical mistakes.
Please can a Vodafone member contact me to resolve this - currently I have received the worst customer service possible from Vodafone and have been robbed off when I call up. It’s not good enough that normal people have to deal with issues created entirely by Vodafone and have to fend off debt collectors when you don’t owe anything!

I totally understand how damaging a default can be from my own personal experience @stew5347
I'm not surprised your unimpressed especially after going through what you have already.
Unfortunately as account access isn't available via this forum due to security protocols a Vodafone Social Media Team Member will ask you to contact them via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.
Link back to your thread here including your forum username so your not having to repeat yourself.
They'll have one of their dedicated Credit File Specialist Team members look into your situation.
I wish you all the best with this.

Hi @stew5347 I appreciate how frustrated you must be here. As @BandOfBrothers has suggested, the best and quickest way to get this resolved would be to contact our Social media team here, they'll be able to liaise with our Credit File team on your behalf.
