So I have ordered the new S23+ contract says delivery Tuesday between 8am -8pm now Wednesday, still waiting! Trading in an S21 and have used online tool to confirm value/condition, 7 days to return, which will soon be running out. Glad I ain't going on holiday, another day sitting in waiting on a phone, not good enough Vodafone, been a customer for 20yrs.

@ajs444 - I'm sorry to hear you're still waiting for your new phone. You may have already done this, although you can track your order here. If it's not updating or your phone hasn't arrived by the time it shows, then please get in touch with my team through Social Media and we'll take a look at where it is. 

Thanks for that, why put a delivery date on the contract when it isn't going to be fulfilled?

Nothing arriving today, so will have to stay in tomorrow if it's scheduled for delivery. 

3 days wasted!😡

When your phone is passed to our couriers and ready to be dispatched, you'll receive an update from us by email. This usually happens the night before your order's delivered. You'll also receive an update on the morning of your delivery confirming your 1 hour delivery  time slot. If you've still not received either of these, it sounds like there's a delay with your order.
