I sent my phone off for repair and the repair has been completed according to the online tracker but it's not yet been sent back out to me. How long does this usually take from past experience? I spoke to an advisor and they said 3-4 days to get it out to post then however long the courier service takes as well but surely that can't be right when the issue is fixed, it doesn't make sense to leave it for so long in the warehouse. They've had it for over a week and from the tracker they only started the work yesterday and completed it today so half expected it to be back before the end of the week
