Denied Upgrade

First I'm advised I cannot upgrade as it will exceed my device limit, then I'm told it would exceed my monthly account limit. Both reasons are fabrications. I've been a vodafone customer for 10+ years, never defaulted, always paid on time now I'm denied a legitimate upgrade, I've therefore decided to move away from vodafone - loyalty works both ways!!!

@paulbow - I can understand why this is frustrating. This may be based on a credit check, that's now needed when upgrading. My team can double check this for you. Please message us on Social Media
