Can no longer track my order etc and when calling 191, It ends with ' Sorry, we can't take your call at the moment ' and cuts off.

I would suggest to try Live Chat and or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Facebook messenger or Twitter DM as they have account access too.

When will these problems be fixed? I have an issue that can only be sorted by customer services but neither phone or online services are available!
