I have just started a sim only plan and was trying to find out weather I can upgrade early, I know you can after 3 months but I’m only a month in and already want a new phone? Or would I have to wait after the 3 month period.

Unfortunately, you will need to wait for 3 months,  unless things have changed Vodafone will write off what remains of the SIM only contract.

 

If you want a new phone now, your options will be to purchase the phone outright or take a new Evo contract to run alongside the SIM only but that will be very expensive.
