When I upgraded in store today, the advisor told me to reach out on the live chat to add the employee advantage scheme to my account. However, it turns out you have to order online and add the code there, but I have now upgraded so cannot add it. Is there anyone that can help with this as I got told that I could add it later but this clearly isn't possible. I have the code, just no way of adding it to my account.

Unfortunately not @finleytt , the code has to be applied at the time of purchase and this should have been completed in store, the store should have been aware of the procedure. You would need to return to the store and process a cancellation within the 14 day period, reorder and submit the code.
No harm dropping the Social Team a message through Twitter or Facebook, since this is the stores mistake they may be able to help by following this link Contact Us
