Entertainment Pack issue

Since I upgraded the other day, my Spotify premium subscription has stopped working (I upgraded but kept the entertainment pack). The problem is when i visit offers.Vodafone.com/go, enter my mobile number , get a PIN, enter PIN, verify PIN, then the webpage comes up with Ooops something went wrong . I’ve spoken to 4 Vodafone reps and it’s still not sorted. They have refreshed the pack, several times. I’ve tried from various devices and browsers, but it’s still doing the same. Any ideas?
