Entertainment pack on new phone

Hi, I'm new to Vodafone so new on here too, I have two accounts one is a mobile internet account on the unlimited max and an unlimited max account on my new phone account, I recently put youtube premium on my phone account as it is included in the monthly bill, however the other day I noticed that when I used Youtube on my laptop using the same login details somehow it is using my mobile internet account, when I called Vodafone support I spoke to an advisor who said it wasn't uncommon for this to happen and after removing the extra charge she put me through to tech support who told me that everything would be fine, he also said it is not possible to put any entertainment pack on a mobile internet account, but it is still there. It is only on my laptop, youtube on my phone and tablet are showing the correct mobile number, anybody have any ideas? I have deleted all the cache and cookies and tried two other browsers, but still having problems.

I look forward to hearing any ideas of what to do.

I am wondering if you have the data contract as your main number and not the phone account on your account.

 

Drop the Social Team a message through Twitter or Facebook channels and they will investigate and get this solved.  The Team can be contacted here: Contact Us 

I was told that my phone contract is the main one and that it is not possible to have any extra on the mobile internet account, plus I have Youtube on my phone and tablet on the correct account, is there any way to double check which account is the main and is it possible to change it?
