I recently added my partner to my Vodafone account and got a SIM only for him. It is 120gb of data for £20 and also came with entertainment. We were previously on Voxi so he had to do a keep my number form. However the one thing I told him explicitly not to do was to redeem his entertainment package before his number had changed over. He now has no access to his entertainment package and whenever he tries to re subscribe to it, it tells him it’s going to cost him on top of what we’re already paying. I’ve tried to call 191 but get redirected to the online site to talk to the Entertainments team but no one is ever available to talk to.

Does anyone know a fix I can do?
