As the title states I haven't recieved any information on if my phone has been sent to the warehouse or if my trade in has been processed. I have however recieved a text saying I have limited days left to send the phone in. I've seen on posts that I was supposed to get a reciept with a reference number upon handing the phone in which I didn't get, I can't seem to get through on the phone and live chat just tells me it could take 4 working days.
If someone could help that would be most apprecitated

Hey John - I'm on a similar boat as you.
Sent 26th September, signed for and received by Vodafone on the 29th September...still receiving texts that they haven't received my phone yet...

Vodafone usually advise within 5 days of receiving the phone @JohnClark1234
Customer Support on 191 or Live Chat should have been able to help.

This problem still continues. The return process for TradeIns is really really poor.
The return parcel is a cardboard wallet with no protection. If you drop it off at DPD you get a receipt but can’t track anything without the delivery postcode.
you get no regular tracking or details of what is going on from Vodafone.
