Hello I have recently discovered a default on my credit file by Vodafone for £13 which is weird as I don't use Vodafone and I need help to remove it. I have called several times and even sent an email to the quality team but I have no reply.
Hello I have recently discovered a default on my credit file by Vodafone for £427 from Nov 15. It was over a dispute about the wrong tariff and a high bill it had been passed to Lowell and they have it showing as a zero balance and I need help to remove it.lowell cannot remove it as they said they did not put it on as a default and only Vodafone can remove it. I have called several times and even sent an email to the credit support team but I have no reply. I am trying to move home and transfer my mortgage but facing obstacles because of this and it is affecting mine and my families whole life.please could I be advised how I can get this resolved kind regards jacque
WRT135 I need help as I have a defalut showing in my account and no one in vodafone can find my account, in fact I dont have a Vodafone acocunt. A guy called alex sent me . private message but the link provided to contact this team was not working. I really need this item removed from my file I have contacted experian who already added a note to my account disputtting this information. I need help ASAP this is affecting my credit file and is for a debt of 13 GBP.

I too am having this problem despite being told 3 years ago that it was an error and it would be removed.
Hello, I appreciate this is an old thread but hoping someone will be able to help. Recently been refused a mortgage due to a historic default for£43 with Vodafone gemini Ltd in September 2009.
Having a problem paying the £43 as cannot recall the account number or the old telephone number. Account has been closed for sometime now and I have since changed address and customer services have informed me they cannot locate the defaulted account without acc number or tel number.
Please could someone contact me to help me locate account so that I can pay and settle the default, customer services have said that they cannot locate the defaulted account so I am a bit stuck.
The Vodafone Social Media Team's have a dedicated Credit File Specialist Team.
The Credit File Specialist Team are not customer facing hence the need to contact the Social Media Team's.
