Hi back in Nov 2020 Vodafone disconnected three out of four phones on our small business account. After spending hours on the phone we managed to get them back but Vodafone had forgotten all the monthly billing details for the three phones that were disconnected.
We tried the Vodafone call back option and nobody bothered to call back.
in Jan 2021 we thought it was all sorted but the one phone that was not originally disconnected started receiving messages to say it owed money. When we called Vodafone we are put through to a line to automatically pay our bill, which then tells us we owe zero.
When we finally get through to a person we found that as well as our four phones which are set up with direct debits we have three other accounts not set up with direct debits but these are not real. Is there anyway we could either talk directly to a senior manager or by email
