I need help with Vodafone Billing

I didn't find anything about this and I really need help. I would like to buy something on Google Play with Vodafone billing, but is the message private when I buy something? Or will other people in my family also receive a message about what was purchased?

I have shared it with my family and I am not the owner, so I have that doubt so that they do not know what I buy and that a message about it and how much was spent does not reach the others. We all have different numbers
