I've paid twice

I've accidentally paid my bill twice. Once through the app and then a while later I got the text saying to pay from a previously used card type yes. I just assumed the first payment hadn't been taken. But it was. So will I be refunded?

You could ring customer services on 191 or Live Chat to request a refund or instead leave the amount on your account to pay your next bill @Emma2002 

The refund wouldn't happen automatically.
