Incorrect default on account

Hi team 

 

I had a contract which I gave notice for and was coming to an end in August 2020.  My service was cut off and and I paid the outstanding amount but a default was attached to my credit record at the beginning of 2021 and updated  in February 2021 showing that I do not owe anything. I have been unable to contact you over the phone as my number was disconnected from your network and this default has caused damage to my credit score. Could someone please look into removing this default as it is incorrect

Vodafone are going to need to access your account and investigate this via their Credit File Specialist Team's @Aus_Guy 

Because account access isn't available via this forum please contact the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries and they'll check if this Default was warranted or not.

I wish you all the best with this as I'm aware personally how damaging a default can be.
