Just changed plan and received an email from @vodafone.com telling me 'You're almost there - you just need to click below to check and sign your new Device Plan.'
Is this genuine?

This is part of the new, more flexible, upgrade process if you're taking out a new phone 😊 The price of the phone is billed separately and this is called your Device Plan. You'll need to digitally sign this before the order can be processed and the phone dispatched. You can see more information on our Vodafone EVO plan page.
If you haven't requested a new phone, I'd give our Returns/Sales team a call on 191 from a Vodafone or 03333 040 191 from any landline. You'll just need to enter your mobile number when prompted. They can double check this 👍
