Despite there being a reported issue back in 2019 on the thread discussion you've linked, I've double-checked and I can confirm that the My Vodafone login web page is operational. To make sure that we're on the same page, can you please try the correct URL I've linked to 'My Vodafone'?
Although I've been able to access the above link absolutely fine, if you do experience any further issues, please take another screenshot making sure that the URL is displayed.
