Hi
I'm due to move home within the next month or so. I was happy to take Vodafone with me but same speed isn't available at the new address.
Do I still have to stay with voda? I got like 16 months remaining.
Its just we have too many kids and speed of 38m isn't going to be enough for our household.
Don't seem fair paying same amount for a new contract (renewal) and getting less speed...

Hi @kazkdp Thanks for popping us a message. I can appreciate why it's important that you and your family have the right speeds. I know that it's certainly the case that if we can't provide at all at the new property, then you can leave without an Early Termination Fee. I think that might be the case if only lower speeds are available too. I'd recommend giving our Home Move team a shout over on Live Chat and they'll be able to offer you some clarity on what we can do 😁

Thank you, to be honest I had no issues what so ever and the service has been great so would of love to keep the current service. Too bad hopefully in the future I can come back. Thanks again. I'll get in touch with the team.
