Just set up a mobile and plan direct debit but can’t access the account with the details you have provided me

Hi @billymccarthy 

 

You won't have anything to be concerned about here, you have only just set up the account, it's won't fully on the system .  Until you have received the first bill and have some billing information to view online you won't be able see any information from the online account or Application, by this time you will be out of the pro rata billing period and the account and Application will have caught up.

 

However, you should still be able to access the account, if there are still issues in a few days time, for account access you will have Customer Services, live chat or speaking to the Social Team here: Contact Us
