I bought a Vodafone plan in the Black Friday sales through Fonehouse. The plan I bought was 150gb a month of data, but the plan they've put me on is 50gb. I've tried calling, they keep saying they can't answer my call. None of the online stuff is very helpful and the automated bot has no idea what I'm on about. Honestly barely had this plan a week and I'm now absolutely terrified of spending the next two years with them. Any advice on what to do next?

EDIT: and now it's in the wrong section when I double checked. Honestly does vodafone do anything right?

Hi @MegBee

When you take out an agreement with a third party as you have done, the third party is responsible for selling the agreement and you will need to go back to the point of sale for any after sales enquiries. Vodafone can only go on the information supplied by the third party.

This is a Fonehouse plan and you are a Fonehouse customer.   The plan may be on promotion with a standard 50 G data and extra black Friday promotional data and this will be clarified by the third party seller.
