Vodafone are claiming the new login page is safer and more secure. I don't buy it.

Using a 5 character code that's now case sensitive is very annoying and it's always in upper case anyway, so you can't just pick up your phone with one hand and type a 6 digit code in with the other. Username and password are on different pages. It's a longer process to log in. Can anyone else say how this is more secure?

I was just on live chat and it logged me out with no warning mid chat, well that's helpful isn't it. If Vodafone have a timeout, at least make it long enough to cover most chats which take hours.

What's with all the wasted space and massive text on the dashboard page?

It's a no from me.

Vodafone still haven't fixed the timeout issue when in an active live chat.
