Hi Team,

I have been directed here to whitelist my domain name -igenieconsulting.com its throwing up the Vodafone content control messages - for no reason that we know.

Could you please whitelist this domain and reclassify such that it isn't restricted?

Thanks

-Prateek

Hi @prateekpecten, it looks like there is a problem with the link in your previous message. I've just tried to access the site and received a site not found error message. Please pop us another link and we'll be happy to look into this for you 😊

Hi @mark

The link to my website is https://www.igenieconsulting.com/ .  Even the previous link works for me.

So whenever I try to access using Vodafone Network , I get a "Access Blocked by Vodafone Content Controls" message.

But when I try with a non Vodafone provider, the site works.

Could you please reclassify my website to "safe"?

Thanks

Hi @prateekpecten - thanks for getting back to us! I've tested the site from our side and I've been able to access this successfully. Do you know if the error message appears on Vodafone Wi-Fi or when using our data connection? If you have a screenshot you could send over to us, please attach this in your reply as it'll help us to investigate further.

Yes, I get an error saying - "Access Blocked by Vodafone Content Controls".

Attaching a screenshot as well.

Thanks for confirming the error message @prateekpecten. I've raised a case with our Network team regarding this (INC000004314848). I'll be back in touch as soon as I receive an update. If there's anything else we can help with in the meantime, you know where we are 😊

Hi @prateekpecten - sorry for the delay in getting back to you here. Can you confirm when you're seeing the above error you sent us? Is this when you're using Wi-Fi or when you're using your data?

Both Wifi and Mobile Data. Any Vodafone network.

Works fine on my neighbours/office wifi since they're non Vodafone providers.

Thanks for that @prateekpecten, I've contacted our engineers and asked for an update on this, as soon as I receive anything from them, I'll update you. Apologies for this taking longer than expected to resolve.

Apologies for a delay in updating you on our progress with this @prateekpecten. I've received an update on this and your domain is being blocked by Symantec, Rulespace and Allot. Symantec has the site rated as an anonymizer, we cannot re-categorise this. As a moderator rulespace classify domains for our mobile customers who haven’t had the content bar removed. Allot classify sites for our customers with Securenet active. We've raised requests to Allot and Rulespace for this to be reviewed. We'll be in touch as soon as we receive another update on this.
