Why can't I login to MYVODAFONE on desktop any more? It's been like this for some weeks now? I want to check my Pay as you go usage. I am trying to get in to this page:
https://www.vodafone.co.uk/webcenter/portal/myvodafone/pages_accountdashboard/planusage
but it hasn't worked for some time now.
Does anyone know what's happened?

PS: I tried CHAT TO TOBI but when I click on the black box nothing happens. Perhaps Tobi is not working either?

It might be that Vodafone are experiencing some " digital issues " with logging in thatvway right now.
Sometimes clearing cookies and caches and kr trying another browser helps but only if Vodafones systems are working in the first place.
There are other ways of checking your Payg account which I assume your already aware of.
