Hi there, i bought a new phone and SIM monthly contract with vodafone but i now realised i want to keep my old number which is also a vodafone number. Is it possible to transfer my old number to the new phone?
Do i have to cancel the contract and send the phone back and get an upgrade instead?
Thanks

Ideally @lucyfrank2 go for an upgrade for the same number.
Otherwise, do what others have done and port out the old number and port back in on the new contract. An examples here:

Hi @lucyfrank2! There is a 14 day cooling off period with Vodafone, if the new contract was taken out through us, you could return this and process an upgrade on the number you'd like to keep. Alternatively, I'd recommend moving the keep number to Pay As You Go by contacting the team on 191 (this can take up to 30 days) and then you'd need to process the Pay As You Go to Pay Monthly keep my number form here. This would disconnect your old number and move this onto your new contract with us. The switch itself through the form can take up to 48 hours
