Hey guys, so I’m sure a few can relate but as of yet I’ve had nothing off of Vodafone about when they would dispatch my phone I ordered last month and all they’ve told me is that it’s on back order I then contacted them multiple times with the same outcome I then message them again last Friday asking the same question and they said it’s off back order and I’ve asked when it would be dispatched around this week as I’m fairly busy and nothing as of I do find this quite frustrating and hope any of you have the answers I need, thank you

The frontline customer service people can't (frustratingly) usually give you specific answers. However, if you dop the Social Media team a note on Facebook or Twitter, they'll be able to investigate and possibly give yo ua more specific answer. With luck, though, by the time they've done that, the phone will be with you. If it's a popular model, there may be quite a backlog to work through once stock has arrived.

I have contacted them on social media many times and unfortunately I’ve had the same answers I just don’t know if I can go any further than that
