Hi all
I used to be Vodafone mobile customer a few years ago, and I still have the login details for My Vodafone, but there are no active services attached to it.
I have just rejoined Vodafone via a mobiles.co.uk offer, and would now like to be able to see and manage my service in My Vodafone.
How do I go about adding my new service to my old My Vodafone account?

I don't think you can.
It would be a case of starting a new myvodafone with new email address and password.
You could certainly ask Vodafone Customer services for clarification @rednaxela

It's unlikely you would be able to use the same online account, as it has been three years since you first left, the account should have been deleted.
The best thing to do is to ask Vodafone to completely delete the old account from the system, this will enable you to set up a new account for the new contract taken out through mobiles.co.uk.

Hi - you were both right - customer services have created a new account with my old email address so I now have access to my online account, all my bills, etc
