Nhs discount code not working

Hi.

I upgraded to a sim only deal yesterday but the discount codes has expired 1 minute after getting them.

I tried 3 times and in the end proceeded to complete the upgrade but tried now to see if I could apply the discount but seem unable to do it.

Can I speak to someone about this please?

This doesn’t work. I had the codes emailed to me then followed the instructions to add them as a promotional code but comes up with a message saying they’ve expired!!! When I call “customer services” they are absolutely useless and just told me to keep trying!!!!
