No Vodafone signal

There is no Vodafone signal (no 4g or 2g) from about 0900 this morning in AB34 5 (Aboyne Aberdeenshire)

If you can`t see an issue or need anymore help could you please provide the whole postcode and we can take a closer look,  if you're not comfortable providing your postcode publicly you are able to update your postcode in the personal information section of your account which we will be able to see 😊

Back up again now and good speed. Andy - I had already looked at Known Issues and there was nothing there.

Post Code is AB34 5JT.

I would be interested in whether you now know about the problem that happened this morning, as yesterday I had very poor speed, and I wondered if someone had been in to fix something. BTW, since we had 4g a couple of years ago, the service has generally been very reliable.

On a general note, please advise if this is the best place to notify a fault.

That`s great to hear @posh_merkin There was some work scheduled today to swap out some equipment on the mast that we would expect you to connect to, all work is expected to be completed by 8pm tonight so it sounds like this has all been completed but you may still receive some interruptions today.
