No connection for over a week PAYM to Voxi - Help!

I am seriously at my wit's end. My contract with Vodafone ended on the 21st of March I have two lines. I requested one of the lines to be migrated to Voxi on the 24th of March. Since then it has been an absolute disaster. I have not been able to make calls or use data but can receive calls. I've been on chat and on the phone with PAYM Vodafone team for hours this week and no one can explain or correct the issue. It's the same wait 24 hours and nothing happens, it's the same failure of promises to call me back and now it's frustrating to a point where I have to explain an every growing mountain of problems with every call. My sim is showing as a Voxi sim but also a PAYM sim. But nothing is working I still can't make calls. I am a single father of two young boys and not being able to make calls has been a huge pain. It's been a week now and I'm no closer to any resolution. At this point I'm happy with any outcome at any cost just to get my number working again. I don't care what network PAYG PAYM Voxi it doesn't matter anymore please somebody help me.
