Hi, 

I have ordered an iPhone 13 on 18th Nov but It was never dispatched. I also tried to cancel it but I have been told that it was too late. Now there’s no phone not cancelled and the £30 upfront cost is gone?

Looking at previous posts on the forum it does look like Vodafone had experienced some despatch and delivery delays and Apple iPhone's new flagship launches always come hand in hand with delays unfortunately.

Once an order is raised there is only a short period of time that it can then be cancelled.

Once that has passed then you'd need to contact customer services direct via Live Chat or 03333040191

The only time Vodafone can't cancel an order is if the phone is in a detached status so then a person would have to wait for the phone to be delivered and then sent it back before the order can be refunded / cancelled under the 14 Day cooling off period.

Any funds taken would then be refunded.

The upfront fee may have been gated off by your bank but not yet taken by Vodafone with the bank waiting for Vodafone to collect the funds. Your banks customer services can check this.
