No incoming calls or texts after porting number

Hi,
It has been 1 week since I ported my number to Vodafone. However, I have been told it has not been ported fully as a result of a split port. I cannot receive calls and cannot send or receive texts. I've called Vodafone customer services endlessly over the past week and spoken to the porting team as well who have told me nothing but lies. They said they have sorted it out on 3 separate occasions and told me to wait 24 hours, yet it is still the same.

On my last call I was told they have escalated my query and have asked my previous network to send over the remaining files that were supposed to come along with the porting process. However, I have spoken to 3 and they say they have nothing else to send.

It is unbelievable that in my first week of contract with Vodafone I am unable to use the service because I cannot receive calls or texts. No one is offering solutions and I now keep getting fobbed off when I call Vodafone customer service. 1 week of no service is terrible. Please someone help!

I have contacted many ppl. Live team, technical team, porting team, network team, billing team etc. Every week they tell they are on it.

It's been 6 weeks today! Took my contract on 10 Dec 2016 and ported my num on 13 Dec 2016. Still the problem is not resolved.

I even chased EE for porting confirmation and they did confirm the porting was a success.

Extremely disappointed with the service that I have been offered. I can't receive any calls or texts from any non Vodafone users.!

Is there anyone who can sort out this issue directly?

It appears I am not alone then

Quote from the website -

"If you complete the form before 5pm on a weekday, we’ll get everything done in one working day. If after 5pm on a Friday the port will be completed on a Tuesday"

Vodaphone - can you please accept this as a request for you to send me all the information you hold relating to me as a customer and my communication with yourself. As you record all your calls I require a transcript of all our conversations. Please advise if there are any charges outside of the standard data protection perscribed costs in will encure. If I need to raise this request elsewhere please supply the details of where I need to write to as in line with the DPA process for requesting data.

Thanks

@Johnwiseman I've sent you a private message with details on how to get in touch.

@apar05 I'm unable to see any emails from yourself via the registered email address within your profile.

You'll need to contact our team using the details from the private message we sent previously.

@Rahim

I have done this twice before (filling in the form and sending email from my registered address directly to a specified email address provided by you). It did not deliver to the email address provided by you.

Today, I have filled in the form again as per your suggestion. It did say you have received the email and be in touch shortly. Could you please acknowledge the receipt of my email?

@apar05 I can confirm that we've received your email on 30 January 2017.

A member of the team will be in touch.

@Alex

Thanks for acknowledgement. Hope it gets resolved.

Its already been 6 weeks.

Hi Tech Team,

I have just sent you a chasing email to see where we are with my case. Can you respond to this please, its now 11 days since I first reported the issue.

Perhaps you have a direct number I can contact you on rather than having to explain everything to your helpdesk every time I call.

Also

Who do I contact for compensation?

Thanks

JW

Hi Rahim,

I have completed the form on the link you supplied. On first view this looks like a link to a standard contact form which says i will be contacted back in 48 hours. Ill post back on here how effective your suggestes approach has been. Please let me post that this was resolved and all is good with my issue which is now in its 9th day.

For interest, i have started adding key words into my posts to increase this posts ranking in google searches. I have also added a new thread on my linkedin account relating to this issue.
