Hi All, I am no longer with Vodafone, but I need to get access to records dating back to November 2019 to confirm incoming and outgoing calls made, due to a legal dispute. If possible I need access to hear a call that was made on a specific date.
Vodafone are impossible to get hold of and not very helpful when you do. I've tried accessing my old MyVodafone account and nothing comes up and when I do "forgotten password" it says my email address is not recognised.
A email contact for Vodafone would be very helpful.
Thanks
Toyah Horgan

Your online account will be closed and you won't have access to it. Frontline customer services also probably won't be able to help as they'll only have access to a similar system.
The information willl still be on the system, but it'll require more specialist access. I'd suggest contacting the Social Media team via Facebook or Twitter. Make sure they understand that sending a text to confirm your identity won't work. Once you've given them your details privately, they'll be able to refer the issue to whoever can access the records.

Hi @jezhorgan
To comply with GDPR data protection Vodafone will need to verify your identify, as you were a customer November last year, Vodafone should still be able to access your account and provide some information.
