I have contacted Vodafone several times about this issue but it is not getting resolved. I am hoping that I can get some help here.
I have not had any mobile data for over a week. I was told that the issue had been referred to the top tier technical team and that it would be resolved by yesterday but it is still not working.
I called again today and after being on hold for 45 mins the complaints department decided to put me back in the wait queue. Can someone from Vodafone kindly contact to me to get this issue resolved.
