Not receiving OTP

I am unable to receive one time passwords from anyone other than vodafone on my new phone (S21 FE) it wasn't a problem when I had my EE sim in it still whilst I waited for my mobile number to transfer across so it must be to do with the Vodafone sim. 

I need it for various apps and also rely on OTP for my work.

Hey @Eknowles I hope you're doing well 😊 We certainly need to get this checked out for you! As you have ported a number in we need to double check that we received all of the necessary files from your previous provider. So we can do this, please drop the Social Media team a message here 🙂

I’m dealing with this issue. Vodafone have contacted previous provider and waiting for a response. I chase Vodafone up every week and they haven’t tried contacting them again and it’s been over 50 days!
